John Drill

John has over 25 years’ experience providing financial services to government, not-for-profit and the commercial sector, including senior management roles in large NDIS plan management organisations. John applies this wealth of knowledge and experience to myAutonomy, helping make a difference to the lives of Australians living with a disability.

MEET OUR HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Fiona Fenech

Fiona is an experienced manager of large teams delivering quality outcomes as well as being a trained midwife who loved bringing new life into the world. Her varied background brings both an understanding of the positive impact health and community services can have on peoples lives and the importance of systems in delivering consistent financial management. Outside of work she loves spending time with family including her canine friends.

Jo Oliver

Jo’s passion is for assisting people experiencing disability to achieve and maintain valued roles in society. Her professional career has been dedicated to community services since 2004. Jo’s background is in not-for-profit, and working in roles that range from direct support, to senior management and training in the sector.  She has achieved several qualifications and awards relevant to the field, and is particularly interested in social role valorisation theory.

Christine Antunis

Christine has extensive customer service experience throughout her career. Her customer service and administration skills pan industries such as airline, financial services, logistics, manufacturing and government. Her keen attention to detail & natural affinity for helping people enables her to focus on accuracy, thus simplifying the process for our customers and exceeding their expectations where possible.

Andrew Sweatman

Andrew has been working with young people experiencing disability and social disadvantage for the last 2 years. This lends to his passion for helping those who need it most, and a deep understanding on the social impact of poverty and disability. Coupled with a long finance and banking history, he strives to provide excellent and accurate service to our participants and their providers.

Sarah Srinivasan

Sarah is a goal oriented, positive professional who comes from the multicultural society we live in and understands the possible challenges associated with it. She thrives on helping others and has immersed herself in a variety of diverse and challenging roles from being humbled by volunteering in disability to calling the shots in hospitality management, to discovering the art of listening in the telecom industry and more recently the importance of planning for her future in Superannuation. At the core, Sarah values gratitude, humility, and honesty.
