Provider Spotlight- Amigos Community Solutions

Provider Spotlight: Amigos Community Solutions

No silly questions. That’s the philosophy at Amigos Community Solutions which offers Support Coordination for participants.

It’s no secret that navigating the NDIS can be challenging. Participants often have plenty of questions––but many feel silly for having to ask. At myAutonomy, we enjoy celebrating providers who help participants gain the confidence to ask the right questions––ultimately so they can be empowered to make the most of their plans.

We caught up with the team at Amigos to explore more about the supports they offer.

Tell us about your organisation…

Our goal at Amigos is to make a friendly, accessible service for people in the NDIS. We are looking to build a very approachable service so that participants can reach their goals and full potential.

At Amigos, we offer Level 1 and 2 Support Coordination, as well as psychosocial recovery coaching services.

We’re very eager to help and even if a participant does not have Support Coordination funding, we encourage them to reach out to us so that we can try point them in the right direction on where to access the correct supports.

How did your organisation come to be?

Our owner, Tony Di Iorio has been in the NDIS space since 2020. Tony has a passion for helping people and likes to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Tony took the leap in 2024 to start Amigos with the goal of helping as many people as possible, with a smile.

Which regions does your organisation look after?

We service Melbourne and Victoria. We’re currently based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, but we are happy to travel wherever we need to go within Victoria to assist.

What is your organisation’s difference?

We like to offer a “service with a smile”. We understand that the NDIS can be quite a beast to
navigate, and we like to reassure participants that they are not alone.

We understand that participants may have a lot of questions and we have a strict, “there are no silly questions” policy, and we just like to help however we can.

What’s the best way to get in touch?

The best way for a participant to get in touch is to email us at [email protected] or to give us a call on 0411 678 551. We aim to respond to all queries within the same day.
