Flexiwell Group are assessment specialists that offer multiple assessment types from Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists.

We offer face-to-face (in some geographical areas), video and hybrid assessments across Australia.

We can support NDIS participants with:

How did your organisation come to be?

Flexiwell Group came to life in 2019 and offered allied health expert opinions in Medico-Legal and HR for the first two years of operation.

In 2021, we identified a big gap in the availability of quality, consistent, and timely reporting within the NDIS space and commenced offering our support to NDIS participants.

Now, we have effective systems and processes to deliver comprehensive and high-quality outcomes, through our highly skilled practitioner community.

We continue to be very passionate about positive assessment experiences and outcomes for our participants.

Which regions does your organisation look after?

Flexiwell Group provides assessment support across Australia.

We’re able to assist face-to-face in Southeast QLD, Bundaberg, Sydney and Melbourne. We are experts in delivering excellent outcomes via video assessment and can cover any region, however remote. In addition, we offer fly-in fly-out assessment clinics in Tasmania, quarterly.

What is your organisation’s difference in the market?

With us, there’s no waiting. We’re able to book an assessment within two to four weeks and have the report returned two to three weeks post-assessment.

Our practitioners also have deep experience in delivering great outcomes. Our team has been in the industry for an average of 10-20 years and, therefore, is highly knowledgeable.

We’re dedicated to taking care of every participant throughout the assessment process. This wrap-around support includes being welcoming, warm, skilled, and passionate about great outcomes. We also offer one point of contact for each referral to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
