Who is Your Home Care, and what do you offer in the NDIS space?

Your Home Care provides participants support for daily activities, community access, 24/7 in-home support and Supported Independent Living. We have built strong relationships with Specialist Disability Providers to provide tailored and specific support in the home.

We have a team of caring professionals who are qualified, trained and focused on client well-being, supporting participants to live the life they want and always being respectful of their choices.

Founded in 2010 by Linda Delamotte, our values are based on respect and providing high levels of care.

We do this by always putting the needs of our clients first, empowering them to live the best life possible, being open in our communication and showing heart by caring deeply about their wishes and goals.

Every client is fully-assessed so they can be matched with a team of Support Workers who are best suited to them and their individual needs. Significant time is invested to fully understand the client’s situation and personal preferences in detail which means their hand-selected Support Worker team will be best suited to help them achieve their goals whatever they might be.

We have tailored disability support services to suit every age and ability – from children and young people to adults, older adults and carers. This includes everything from helping people understand the NDIS to connecting them with services so they can live in their own home and engage with their community.
