Provider Spotlight: AHP Disability and Home Care

Allied Health Providers can be the difference between finding the support a participant needs or not. That means they can have a huge impact on a participant’s quality of life.

We spoke to the team at AHP Disability and Home Care to learn more about their Allied Health Care, the services they offer, and how they help participants achieve their goals.

Who are AHP Disability and Home Care?

AHP serves as a comprehensive solution for all of your Allied Health Service needs. With a diverse range of ten disciplines available in-house, we provide participants with a holistic approach to their therapy services.

We also promote collaboration and communication between therapists to achieve a shared objective.

How did AHP come to be?

The team had a common passion for helping the vulnerable in the aged care space. We extended this passion to the disability and community space to help more people thrive within our network.

We now get to help participants achieve positive outcomes every day!
