What is Direct Care Assistance?
Direct Care Assistance is a registered NDIS disability support service provider in Melbourne. Our team is dedicated to delivering the highest level of care with a personal touch, and we specialise in a range of services including 24/7 home care, complex nursing care, community participation, and respite care.

helps them achieve their goals and aspirations. Our experienced, dedicated and qualified staff work closely with each participant to develop a personalized care plan that meets their unique needs.
We also offer accommodation services such as SIL, STA, and MTA to provide a range of disability support services to our clients. Our program includes personal care, community access, and skill development to ensure our participants can live their lives to the fullest.
How did Direct Care Assistance come to be?
Direct Care Assistance was established by our director, Sabina, who started this business from her home office when her third child was only three months old. After learning about the NDIS and its continued positive impact on the disability sector in Australia, she recognised a need for more tailored and comprehensive disability support services.
Being a Registered Nurse, Sabina saw an opportunity to improve the quality of care available to individuals. She utilised her professional experience with disability support and established Direct Care Assistance.
