Can you tell us about your organisation?

The Personnel Group is a not-for-profit organisation that’s here to help participants achieve their goals, whether that’s to find a new job, improve their health, upskill or overcome barriers to become more engaged in the community.

In the NDIS space, we support participants through the delivery of psychology services including 1:1 counselling and completing assessments and employment support through SLES, Pathway to Workgroup programs and individual employment support.

How did your organisation come to be?

The Personnel Group has been delivering disability employment services to participants for over 37 years. More recently we expanded our service offering to support participants in the broader community to improve their lives and achieve their goals.
