Gaining access to supports can be especially tricky if you live rurally. That can mean your NDIS plan doesn’t work in the best possible ways.
Fortunately, that’s something Therapy Connect is addressing. Therapy Connect provides online therapy services to participants across Australia. Ensuring that no matter where you live, you have access to the supports you deserve.
We spoke to the team to learn more about their work.
Who is Therapy Connect?
We are Australia’s leading NDIS-registered online therapy provider for children adolescents and
adults. We deliver Occupational therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy and
Dietetics.
How did Therapy Connect come to be?
Therapy Connect was formed in 2015 by two rural allied health practitioners––Sue Cameron, a speech pathologist from Western Victoria and Simone Dudley, an occupational therapist from South West NSW.
Sue and Simone shared a passion for improving access to therapy support for people in rural and remote areas. This led them to the idea of providing online therapy.
To bring their vision to life, they worked with the University of Sydney and the University of Queensland to conduct research and co-author guidelines for quality allied health telehealth.
Which regions does Therapy Connect service?
Therapy Connect is NDIS registered in every state and territory in Australia. With us, your therapy is not limited by your postcode.
What is the Therapy Connect difference?

Do you have capacity?
Yes. We don’t currently have a wait list for speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy or dietetics but there’s a short wait time (of a few weeks) for psychology support.
