Who are HelpCo?

HelpCo was created with the purpose of helping our customers access medical supplies with quality service. Our focus is to provide great customer service and education to help our customers learn and best use the products we stock.

HelpCo is dedicated to helping NDIS participants find the perfect products to make their lives just that much easier. In terms of products, we look after anything from continence aids to feeding pumps and tubes.

We are an Australian-owned and operated family business with a mission to enrich and empower our customers by making the medical supplies you need easily accessible.

How did HelpCo come to be?

We noticed a lack of great customer service in the medical supplies industry, and we thought we should start HelpCo to aid NDIS participants with the supplies they need.

We’re based in Melbourne, but we supply all of Australia.

What is your turnaround time from order to delivery?

Usually, if the product is in stock, we can dispatch the same or the next day (depending on postage cutoffs). If the product needs to be stocked, then typically the dispatch will take a week.
