We’re here to help with questions and queries as they arise. And we’re anything but a call centre, rest assured that our team of Plan Specialists are on hand to help. That means no waiting around to get the answers you need. 

To ensure smooth sailing, our service is speedy. We process invoices, for example, fast. Get your invoice to us before 12 pm, and we’ll ensure it’s processed on the same day. 

We have capacity 

We know that navigating the NDIS and having an NDIS plan can be complicated, confusing and time-consuming. 

We currently have capacity to take on new participants and help them achieve their goals. 

It’s your chance to have less admin and more time. 

Switching is simple 

If you’re worried that switching is complicated, we’ve got you covered. We make the process simple to help you move on quickly. You can even change midway through your plan. 

Simply send us an email or give us a call to get the process started. We manage the changeover and follow with the previous plan manager.
